A 12-month structured development programme designed for high-potential graduates to gain exposure across key business functions within QEW Group Berhad. Through departmental rotations, project assignments, and mentorship from Senior Management, participants will develop professional competencies, business acumen, and leadership capabilities. Outstanding performers may be considered for permanent Executive-level roles upon successful completion of the programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in structured training, development programmes, and departmental rotations across key business functions.
  • Support daily operations, project activities, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, reporting, and prepare presentations for management review.
